START USING THE "SELF-CONVERSATIONS" AND AFFIRMATIONS

     In The Additional Pieces, Videos - See the special box. 

          As you read the articles that follow, it is helpful to use the basic daily affirmations daily (duh!) and the
             7 Basic Affirmations Of Human Behavior.
          In the Affirmations: Realities Of Your Existence - I Feel Warm And Loving Toward Myself...: Use one
             group per week, keep going until you have these down.  Repeat these three times, doing as
             well as you can without looking - until you can do it without looking!


EVALUATE, USE FORMS AS YOU GO

If you are in a responsible activating mode about diligently reading the materials and doing the affirmations,
you would do the evaluations and use the forms weekly.  Tests And Evaluations

Review these and do the affirmations until you see that you have made significant gains that you are satisfied with.  Do not leave yourself short on self esteem. 

Although the tests/evaluations are for rating your progress, you should print these out and use the "action statements", as those represent "straight thinking" and good actions and behaviors:
